We are seeking a Business Analyst. Daily tasks include:

  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone and email
  • Qualify existing and incoming leads
  • Update customer information in our database
  • Prepare quotes and sales information through our online ordering system
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on meetings for the Solutions Specialist

Support Engineer

We are seeking a new team member to support our customers and our internal network. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated person who enjoys challenges, loves solving problems, and has a positive attitude at all times. This is an entry-level support and administration position with great career potential as the company grows. A typical day in this position will involve mainly supporting customers and troubleshooting the Laserfiche application suite, and also internal helpdesk issues and network/server/client maintenance.

Required skills:

  • Great troubleshooting skills for applications, PCs, servers, and networking devices.
  • The ability to communicate in English and guide customers through troubleshooting steps
  • Ability to document case notes and coordinate with Level 2 support from manufacturer
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Microsoft or network certifications, or equivalent experience

Helpful, but not required:

  • Knowledge of Laserfiche enterprise content management software is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of virtualization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server environments
  • Experience administering Active Directory, DNS, and SQL

Marketing Intern

Accelerated Information Systems is seeking a Marketing Intern to aid in our efforts to create increased sales opportunities and generate improved brand awareness through various types of Marketing activities including; inbound marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing. Accelerated Information Systems is a forward-thinking and rapidly growing software solutions organization located in Hicksville, NY. We are looking for career-oriented individuals who are interested in continuing their career path with Accelerated Information Systems after their internship has ended.

Required skills:

  • Sincere passion for technology
  • Career focus in Marketing or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency using the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will primarily be responsible for general administrative and office tasks and will report directly to the Operations Manager. This role is part time and is ideal for a college student or recent grad looking to enter the technology sector. We are looking for a bright, eager individual that shows potential to grow with our organization.


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 year degree preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computing systems particular, scanning software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Valid NYS driver’s license and car required
  • Must be authorized to work in the US


  • Coordinate and prioritize office needs
  • Answer phones and collect/send mail and packages
  • Greet and welcome office visitors
  • Scan paper copies into document management system for electronic content management
  • Work with property management personnel when necessary
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions – enter invoices, receive payments, make deposits at bank
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating office personal and meeting space
  • Prepare coffee in the morning, maintain kitchen inventory, reorder when necessary; ensure kitchen and conference rooms are kept neat, organized and clean
  • Able to answer proposals, compose communications and articulate to co-workers and clients in an effective manner
  • Perform user testing and quality insurance on software prior to customer release
